WEEK 10: The Inoculations

 This week, I did inoculate seven bacteria. Aloe Vera against E.coli was my main interest last semester, but this semester, I decided to do more bacteria to see how impactful Aloe Vera extracts would be on in terms of growing the zone of inhibition around them. I truly don't have a particular reason I chose the ones I chose, but it was merely based on what was available to me. 

So, I am doing Staphylococcus epidermidis, Serratia marcescens, Providencia stuarii, Proteus mirabilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Enterococcus faecalis. I am very excited to see what comes out of it to be honest. Like, after platting them and all that, I want to see what the outcome would look like.
